Ten Guilty Pleasures

Ah yes! We all have them and I am going to share mine.

10. Purses and books
Okay, so I don't feel so guilty about buying books but purses yes. I have a little addiction when it comes to purses. Cheap or expensive, I don't care, I want it so I buy it. When I get home is when the guilt trip starts, I always find myself  mad because I could have bought my kiddos a new outfit or toys.

9. Pizza and Cherry Dr.Pepper
OMG! The best combo ever! I am on a health kick right now, I am trying to be fit and lose 60 pounds, I absolutely cannot say no to these two. Six years ago I quit drinking soda and any other caffeinated drinks and  a few months ago I took one sip of  Dr.Pepper and fell in love all over again. LOL. I feel really bad though because I always tell people the best way to start a healthy lifestyle is getting rid of soda and fast food. I've become such a hypocrite.

8. Hello Kitty
I'm Twenty five years old, married, and have two children I should not be enjoying Hello Kitty paraphernalia!!! But I do. Purses, body wash, body butter, body glitter, wallets. key chains, stickers, tattoos, shirts, pants, underwear, bras, socks, etc...  ALL HELLO KITTY!! Lol

7. Cartoons
I enjoy watching cartoons with my kids even though most cartoons are just plain unintelligent, but I also enjoy them when my kids are not around. I catch myself watching them when my son is a t school and my daughter is napping. iCarly is not a cartoon but a kids show I enjoy watching ,especially alone. No, none of my friends know I watch this stuff thank goodness lol.

6. My dishwasher
I grew up with having to do everything by hand. My mom always said that dishwashers were for lazy people. It wasn't until I met my husband that I actually used one. Now I use it everyday, even for a small load. I am not lazy its just convenient. When my mom comes over I tell her I use it  once a week so shhh.

5. Chubby men
I absolutely love chubby guys. Not fat or obese just men with meat on them and very little muscle lol. When I'm with my friends and they start drooling over six pack abs I pretend to drool along. I'm pretty sure I am the  only girl who likes chubbies.

4. Boy bands
MmmBOP!!! I still love that song by Hanson. LOL!!! I think that says it all.

3.Cheesy movie Saturdays
Do you ever notice how networks play the corniest, cheesiest movies on Saturdays? Mattress goes in the living room and I spend my Saturdays being a loyal viewer. Private Valentine starring Jessica Simpson is my favorite.

2. Snooki time
I have fallen victim to Jersey Shore. My husband got me hooked and now I cant get enough of it, but I still wont like the Jersey Shore page on Facebook.

1. Mocospace.com
Oh dear. If you have no idea what this site is then you are in a good place. Its a addicting. This place is full of weirdos, perverts, sluts, and much more. Your I.Q score will drop if you spend anytime here. With this being said I have no idea why I still log in. As I type this I have Moco up on another tab. NONE of my friends know about me chatting on moco nor will they ever. The only good thing that came out of me making an account at that site is that I met my husband there, but please don't take that as a sign to go visit that sight. LOL

Someone once asked me "what does love mean to you?"

Love is more than just those first months of newness and discovery. Love is when it is real and destined to last, is in part the unconditional acceptance and respect for your love. Those swirling exciting feelings do not fade, they merely settle to rest under your feet to create the foundation of your lives together. As we go through our days we must hold a tiny seed in our hearts of those first days when love was new and must remember to never take love for granted. Love reveals itself in many ways but when it's true its always constant. It does not appear and disappear on a whim. It shows itself in small ways everyday. Perhaps it is revealed through a love note taped to the mirror that speaks more than words ever could.
Love is something most pursue. When we finally catch it  we are elated to revel in its wonderful feeling that it brings. When we find love we lose it and we wonder why we chased it all, then after old wounds heal we realize that love is too wonderful to be missed. Love has the ability to grow and spread from the tiniest gestures into the grandest one. Love makes you brave, gives you hope, gives you courage to face insurmountable tasks. Love is a good teacher, it strives to teach us to be tolerant and accepting, to be silly and light hearted, and to be forgiving and understanding. In short, Love makes life worth living and i'm thankful that I have a lifetime to love you Preston.

Randomness

So Im home alone with my house all decorated waiting for the guest to arrive, now I have some time to blog. Thank GOD! Now I feel like I should write about my day but i'm not. I need more time to work it out LOL. So for your entertainment i am proud to present: Things that make me Vicky!

 1. I love to smell towels.

Now you might think "well this is not so bad , must be clean towels". NO! I enjoy smelling wet, used towels. It's disgusting I know but I must do it daily. I go lock myself in the bathroom for about 30 minutes and just sniff til my nose hurts. Ive cut back alot but I still tend to do it 75% of the time.

 2. Teeth

I'm infatuated with teeth. Maybe it's because I worked in a dental office and went to dental school, whatever it is i am certainly overly fascinated with teeth. I'll analyze teeth while someone is talking or smiling at me. I try to figure out what work they have had done or what work they need. If given the opportunity to look into someones mouth I will!

3. Uneducated educated folk annoy me (im sure they annoy you too)

LOL!!!! What I mean by this is people who brag about their education/degrees and yet still dont know how to differentiate THEIR, THEY'RE, and THERE! Also when they correct someone with a wrong answer and defend it because they graduated college. Its really irritating when I am in the presence of these type of people, If you dont know something then you dont know!!! Ugh im getting annoyed just typing this lol... Next!

4. Commercials

Mute! Yes I have to mute all commercials. How many times in a day do I have to get reminded that paper towels pick up spills lol. Thank goodness I dont watch too much of the tube but when i do I get 5 minutes of the show and 10 minutes of commercial WTF!!!! My old lady gets mad when I hit mute because he enjoys them, idiot, lol. If only I could find a mute button for him.

5. Pulse checks

Ive been doing this for about 6 years now, im thinking its a little ocd on my part. Every morning I check my pulse to see if im alive, as if actually waking up cant confirm it. It continues throughout the day without me noticing, the only way I know im doing it is because somebody will call me out on it. It has gotten better in the past 2 years but I really just want it to go away...therapy time? LOL

6. Sailor mouth

I wish it wasn't so. The only time I dont say nasty, dirty, vulgar words is when my son is around. My mother always finds it shocking that a "lady" can speak that way. I dont know why i like to use such profanity, i was raised in a GOD fearing home. Ive only heard my mom say "hell" and she felt so disappointed in herself LOL. Cunt, Twat, Pussy, Dick face, and Fuck off are my favorites LOL. Im going to be a mean old "lady" :p

Well I guess thats it for now. I dont want to scare you all off. Im sure a part 2 will be here soon :) Hope you enjoyed!
